7k Property Services is proud to offer quality work to the commercial and residential community of Brian Head, UT. Zach Kunz, owner, operator and native of Southern Utah began managing properties in 2015 and has built this business from the ground up. Currently Zach and his growing team continue to offer property management as well as seasonal snow removal.

Zach, his business partner, James and a majority of his team work as wildland firefighters in the summer, but in their off season, they are firing up the snow blowers!
